Lesson 1 - Introduction to Elizabeth

An introductory lesson to Elizabeth, This is lesson 1 in my series of lessons on Elizabethan England.

Students will be introduced to the topic with a knowledge organiser starter task, a brief introduction to where Elizabeth fits in the tudor family tree, a video Q&A on some of the main events of her life before looking at her early life and the impact of this on her ability to be queen.  

All of my lessons are designed to last at least 60 minutes, however they can be adapted to fit the ability of your class.
