Lesson 4 - Bad King John

A lesson on the actions of King John and his legacy in history as the 'worst king ever' and how deserving he is of this title. This is lesson 4 in my series of lessons on Medieval Kings.

Students will reminded of the problems that King John faced before a brief video Q&A about how he dealt with some of these problems. A guided reading task follows along with three source analysis tasks and two historian interpretation tasks.

All of my lessons are designed to last at least 60 minutes, however they can be adapted to fit the ability of your class.
